Pick any report (rent roll, delinquency, work orders, lease expirations…) and schedule it as CSV to your Google inbox.

Make a copy of Sheets Sync
After checkout you get a copy link and a setup guide. Approve Gmail access once.

Wake up to fresh data
Each morning every report lands in its own tab with a snapshot date. Alerts go out when your rules match.
Why this route? AppFolio has no Zapier app and limits API access by plan. Scheduled reports work for everyone.
What you get

If AppFolio can schedule it as CSV, Sheets Sync imports it. No fixed templates, no column mapping to maintain.
Daily history
Every import is stamped with its date and kept, so you can chart delinquency, occupancy or open work orders over time.

Do I need the AppFolio API or a particular plan?+
No. Sheets Sync uses AppFolio's scheduled reports, which work on Core, Plus and Max. No API access and no partner approval needed.
Which reports can it import?+
Any report AppFolio can email as a CSV. Each one gets its own tab. Rent roll, delinquency, work orders, lease expirations and vacancy are the most common.
We use Outlook / Microsoft 365. Does it work?+
The current version needs a Gmail or Google Workspace inbox. Many teams create one address just for reports and schedule AppFolio to send there. A Microsoft 365 edition is on the roadmap.
Are you affiliated with AppFolio?+
No. Sheets Sync is an independent tool that uses AppFolio's standard report scheduling. AppFolio is a trademark of AppFolio, Inc.
