Terms of sale

These terms apply to all products sold by Quietwork Labs, a trading name of FOP Kononenko Viktor Oleksandrovich (sole proprietor, Ukraine).

What you're buying

Our products are digital: Google Sheets with built-in scripts and related files. They run in your own Google account and need a Gmail or Google Workspace account. Each product page describes what the product does and what it needs.

Delivery

You receive access by email right after payment: a copy link or download, a setup guide and, where relevant, a license key.

License

One purchase covers one company, with unlimited users inside that company. You may not resell, share or redistribute the products or copies of them.

Payment

Checkout is handled by our online reseller, Creem, which acts as the merchant of record. Creem takes the payment, issues your receipt and invoice, and handles applicable sales tax.

All sales are final

Because our products are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales are final and we don't give refunds for change of mind. Where a free version or free edition exists, please try it before you buy.

If you're a consumer in a country that gives you a statutory right to cancel online purchases, you ask for immediate delivery when you complete checkout, and you lose that right once you access the product.

If something goes wrong

If you didn't receive your purchase, were charged twice, or a product doesn't work as described, email support@quietworklabs.com. We'll fix it, or resolve it with a refund where the law or our payment provider's rules require one.

Updates and support

Updates to the version you bought are free. Support is by email only; we usually reply within two business days.

Third-party products

Some products work with software made by other companies, such as AppFolio or Google. We're not affiliated with those companies, and their features can change. Their names are trademarks of their owners.

Liability

Our products don't provide legal, tax or accounting advice. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
