Sheets Sync is delivered instantly and can't be returned, so all sales are final. That's why Sheets Sync Lite is free: check that your AppFolio reports import cleanly before you buy. If something doesn't work as described, email us and we'll fix it.
Can I use it for more than one company?+
One purchase covers one company, with unlimited properties and users. Buy another copy for a separate company.
Do I get an invoice?+
Yes. Checkout is handled by Creem, our merchant of record, which emails you a receipt and invoice.
Is there a demo call or onboarding?+
No. You get a written setup guide right after checkout, and support by email. Setup takes about 15 minutes.
